Tap a job bar to open it. A red outline with ⚠ means kit on that job is double-booked against an overlapping job. Dashed bars are provisional.
A bundle is a set of kit items that go out together, like a drill with its batteries and charger. Add a bundle to a job and every part is allocated at once.
New Job
New Kit Item
Damaged or missing kit can't be booked onto jobs. Set this back to 0 when it's fixed or found.
New Bundle
Pick the parts from your kit inventory first (the drill, the battery, the charger), then group them here.
Add bundle to job
Log Item Received
This is the client's own property, so it isn't linked to your kit inventory or counted in availability.
New Consumable
Set this once when you first add the item. After that, stock is tracked through issue and return entries below.
Leave blank for no warning before it runs out completely.

Stock take
Count kit that is physically in the store (working kit, not damaged and not out on a job). Counts save as you go.
Finish stock take
Kit: the owned total is changed so that what is in the store, out on jobs and out of service adds up to the new number. Consumables: an adjustment is logged for the difference in full units. Untick to just keep the report.

Scan kit
Print kit labels
Each label has a QR code. Stick them on your kit or consumables, then use Scan: kit goes onto jobs or back in, and consumables ask how many you are taking or returning.
Check in kit
Record what came back from this job. Damaged or missing kit is taken out of service, so it can't be booked on the next job until you sort it (edit the kit item to put it back).
Log consumables
Add everything being taken out for this job in one go. At the end of the job, use the same form to log what came back.
