1Event details
Printed on every pass. These are remembered in this browser for next time.
The event seal printed on every pass is made from the event name and this key, so it is the same on all passes for this event and different for every other event. Use the same key on every computer that makes passes for this event, and keep it private. If a pass gets copied, click New key to change the seal and reissue the passes.
2Load form responses
In Microsoft Forms, open Responses and choose Open results in Excel, then save the file and drop it here. A CSV export works too.
3Check the vehicles
Edit anything that came through wrong. Untick a vehicle to leave it out. Responses listing several registrations get one pass per vehicle.

4Download passes
Each pass is an A5 landscape PDF. One PDF per supplier makes them easy to email: each file holds all of that supplier's vehicles. Show the bus gate marshals the event seal at briefing: a genuine pass carries this exact seal.
